Highland Cows (standing) Thursday 12th June 2025 at Moss & Moor garden centre,in Ilkley

At the Highland Cow workshop I will teach you step by step the key skills of the sculptor and in the process you will create your very own cow masterpiece!

(These are substantially large sculptures, with the rare opportunity to create a standing cow on its on mound..photos to come!)

The workshop is restricted to a small number of participants and will run for the majority of the day, 10.30 start (please arrive at 10) There will be a 45 min lunch break. We will then aim to finish at 3.30ish.

The workshop includes a full days tuition, good quality clay, all sculptors tools, glazes and kiln firings!

Your sculptures will be ready within 4 weeks to collect once decorated & fired. 

The groups are warm and friendly where nobody is left behind – perfect for complete beginners and for those with experience alike…all abilities welcome!
